You arrange a pickup time through our website or by phone.

2. Prepare Your Laundry

Place your dirty clothes in a bag provided by Fetch or any suitable bag until you receive our complimentary orange bag.

3. Request service and relax—we’ll handle the driving for you

Leave your clothes out at the agreed upon location for pickup. When we deliver your first order, you’ll receive your own personalized bright orange Fetch laundry bag, ready for all your future pickups

4. Cleaning Process

Your laundry is transported to our facility, where it’s processed with the utmost care and attention.

5. Delivery

Once cleaned, your clothes are neatly packaged and delivered back to your specified location.
